Each day the students of RSN are responsible for delivering the daily school news. Along with the school news, the students create package work, graphics, and man the studio equipment. Each student learns the twelve positions it takes to create a show daily. The positions include anchor, cameraman, teleprompter controller, audio operator, lights operator, director, producer, graphic operator, and Tricaster operator. Each position is vital in bringing the student voice to the Gulliver community daily. This year the staff received a GOLD rating in Florida Scholastic Press Association and were awarded Second place amongst the top Middle Schools in the nation from Student Television Network.
